本研究课题属于人事信息管理系统软件开发及应用。目前全省地税系统各级人事部门使用的人事信息系统是2006年开发上线的，应用以来对我省地税人事工作发挥了积极作用，一定程度上促进了人事工作的科学化和规范化，但也存在一些急需解决的问题。为适应干部管理工作在新时代信息化的要求，本课题将基于全文检索等技术，构建一个内涵丰富、界面简洁、功能完备、结构合理、反应灵敏、扩展性强的干部管理信息系统，充分整合干部信息库、机构信息库、业务信息库，实现对干部信息的有效管理，科学反映干部人事制度改革最新成果，实现干部管理的信息化、网络化、科学化，实现各项业务之间的协同工作、信息共享和数据交换，建立干部管理的一体化高效信息...This study belongs to research and application of the personnel information management system software.
