Abstract

维甲酸受体β(RetinoicAcidReceptorβ,RARβ)是维甲酸受体家族中(RetinoicAcidReceptorFamily)中重要的一员,其调控着胚胎发育、器官生成及细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡。同时,RARβ还是抑癌基因,它通过调控下游靶基因,以及参与COX-2和Caspase等信号通路抑制肿瘤细胞生长。其低表达量或活力的下降会诱发癌症,研究表明在众多癌组织或癌细胞中,RARβ是受抑制的,但是这种抑制作用是可以被RARβ的配体全反式维甲酸(AllTransRetinoicAcid,ATRA)和9-顺式维甲酸(9-CisRA)解除的。这两种药物也经常用于肿瘤的治疗,然而这两种药物往...RARβ(Retinoic Acid Receptor β)is an important member of Retinoic Acid Receptor family.
