南美白对虾是目前对虾养殖的主要品种，具有巨大的经济价值。然而，病害的发生严重危害其养殖业的发展，研究对虾的先天免疫反应能够给对虾养殖中病害的防治提供重要的理论基础。 转录组测序能够分析某一生理条件下细胞内所有mRNA的表达水平，本研究通过二代测序技术首次比较分析了对WSSV（whitespotsyndromevirus）抗性差异的两种南美白对虾群体的转录组，它们的基因表达水平存在明显差异，具有750个明显差异表达的基因，普通对虾及抗病对虾群体在病毒感染前后分别有479和132个差异表达基因。对差异基因KEGG富集分析发现Lysosome，Phagosome及Proteinprocessing...Litopenaeus vannamei is the major species of the farmed shrimps in the world, and it has great economic value.
