随着医疗卫生事业的快速发展，医疗卫生的信息化成为当今社会医疗卫生事业的发展趋势。面对医院复杂的医疗体系和日益紧张的医患关系，医疗卫生的信息化变得更加突出。我国医院的就诊流程是多年沿袭下来的一种传统的、自然的就诊过程。没有从患者的角度安排就诊程序，从而带来诸多不便，导致大型医院门诊常常出现“3长1短”现象。为此，开发了银医一卡通系统，此系统可以通过信息干预辅助缓解“3长1短”现象。银医一卡通是将银行的信息系统与医院的信息系统进行连接。通过专门的银行医疗卡或者普通银行卡便可使用医院内任意一台自助终端机完成挂号、缴费、打印检验报告单等就诊流程，省去排队奔波之苦。 本文论述了系统的开发背景和国内外医...With the rapid development of medical and health services, the medical and health information technology has become the development trend of social medical and health nowadays.
