随着OA系统的迅速发展，其在政府的电子政务工作中显现出越来越重要的作用。本文以福建省监狱系统协同办公系统建设为背景，针对监狱系统对协同办公系统的要求，从开发技术选择、流程分析、设计实现、安全性等方面进行系统化的定制开发。 论文首先简单介绍了几种OA的主流技术，通过对比分析，选择了适合于公文审批的LotusDomino作为主要开发平台。并对项目用到的几个相关技术--B/S设计模式、Domino技术和XML技术进行了简单的介绍。其次，在对省局及局属单位的工作业务进行充分需求调研的基础上，结合Domino/Notes特点，用面向文档对象的方法分析设计，对协同办公系统中的公文管理、日常办公和公共模板...With the rapid development of OA system, it is becoming more and more important in the e-government affairs.
