一直以来，学术界对资本结构与企业价值之间的关系争论不断，相关的学术论文层出不穷，纵观现有实证文献，我们发现结论并非一致，甚至是相反的，基于此困惑，本文另辟蹊径，对所获取的37篇SSCI或CSSCI实证文章采取了荟萃分析法进行定量和定性的归纳分析，在荟萃回归分析的基础上，运用实证研究对资本结构与企业价值两者关系进行重估。本文的荟萃分析得出如下结论：无论国内数据还是全部数据，企业价值与资本结构之间都存在显著的相关关系，资产负债率与ROA&ROE之间的相关性大于资产负债率与托宾Q之间的相关性；而全样本数据Meta分析可以看出，长期负债率与托宾Q或ROA&ROE都没有通过0.1的显著性检验，二者不存在...For a long time, scholars debate on the relationship between capital structure and enterprise value increasingly.
