Fabrication of CZTS(Se) thin films by single-target sputtering technique and their relevant application in solar cells

Abstract

Cu2ZnSnSxSe4-x(CZTSSe)具有合适的禁带宽度(1.5eV)和较高的光吸收系数(α>104cm-1),且元素储量丰富,是最具潜力的高效率、低成本新型绿色光伏材料之一。但是,CZTS材料组分容忍度和单晶区域很小,存在二次相和元素分解等问题,难以制备高质量的CZTS薄膜。目前,CZTS薄膜器件的最高转换效率为12.6%,远低于32%的理论效率。为了发展高效率、低成本的CZTS薄膜技术,大量的研究工作必不可少。 论文的第一部分,采用操作简便的单靶(等化学计量的Cu2ZnSnS4四元化合物靶材)磁控溅射法沉积CZTS薄膜。研究发现,在溅射功率为75W,压强为0.8Pa的条件下,CZT...CZTS quaternary kesterite compound is considered to be one of the most promising alternative materials for CIGS/CdTe thin-film solar cells owing to the fact that CZTS possesses a suitable direct optical band gap of ~1.5 eV, p-type electrical conductivity, and large absorption coefficient of greater than 104 cm−1.
