Synthesis and Modification of LiNixCoyMnzO2 Cathode Material for Li-ion Batteries

Abstract

LiNixCoyMnzO2正极材料因兼具镍酸锂、钴酸锂和锰酸锂的优点,具有容量较高、热稳定好、价格较低和环境污染小等优点,被认为是最有可能取代钴酸锂的新型正极材料之一。如何让LiNixCoyMnzO2正极材料在拥有更高能量密度的同时拥有更好的电化学性能和热稳定性是目前的研究热点之一。 本论文选取低Co含量的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2和LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2为主要研究对象。采用共沉淀结合高温烧结法,优化一系列实验条件合成类球形LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料;对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2进行CoAl2O4表面包覆改善其在高充电电压下的电化学...The LiNixCoyMnzO2 cathode material is considered to be one of the best choice to replace LiCoO2 cathode materials due to its high voltage, high energy density and lower cost at present.
