Study on dinoflagellate cysts of Holocene and their environmental significance in Bohai Sea

Abstract

甲藻是一种非常古老的真核生物,许多甲藻能产生休眠孢囊。沉积物中的甲藻休眠孢囊对反映海水温度、盐度、营养盐及海平面变化等环境因子具有非常重要的意义,其还可以揭示赤潮发生的潜能。渤海是我国半封闭的内海,受地形地貌、气候、海洋水文及人类活动影响较为显著。本文对渤海表层及柱状沉积物中的甲藻孢囊进行研究,表层样结合现代数理统计软件细致地分析了甲藻孢囊的种类组成、分布特征及与环境因子的关系。柱状样结合地层年代通过优势种在各层位的含量变化,探讨了渤海近8000aBP年以来海水的温度、盐度、营养盐及海平面变化等海洋环境的变迁,为该研究区海洋环境的演化提供背景资料。本项研究的主要结论和认识如下: (1)表层沉...Dinoflagellates are very ancient eukaryotes, many dinoflagellates can produce resting cysts.
