Abstract

感应加热作为新兴学科,在近30年来得到了真正应用,顾名思义,感应加热是利用电磁感应的原理使被加热的对象内部产生涡流,然后利用涡流做功来达到加热的目的。由于感应加热具有加热效率高、速度快、可控性好并且容易实现机械化、自动化的优点,已在加热、铸造、焊接、热锻和表面热处理等行业得到广泛的应用。 本文首先介绍了感应加热技术在国内外的发展现状和未来发展趋势,紧接着介绍了电磁感应加热技术的基本原理和实现方式。详细分析了串、并联谐振逆变电路的优缺点,并对各种逆变器进行比较,在此基础上本课题根据设计要求提出了采用准谐振技术的主电路拓扑、建立了主电路在带载时的负载等效电路,然后将主电路的工作过程进行了模态划分...Induction heating is based on the theory of electromagnetic induction, which generates vortex of object to heat.
