孔雀石绿是一种三苯基甲烷类染料，广泛应用于水产、纺织、造纸等产业，导致水生环境化学需氧量(COD)和生物需氧量(BOD)大幅提高，阻挡光的透射，严重影响水生生物的生长，同时其毒性和致癌性也会通过食物链传递给人类及其他陆生生物。本研究以深海和红树林沉积物中微生物为研究对象，采用富集培养和宏基因组技术对可降解孔雀石绿的微生物及功能基因资源进行挖掘，并对其降解途径及代谢产物进行研究，为近海环境修复提供潜在的、可应用的生物资源。 本研究自太平洋深海沉积物中分离得到一株可高效降解孔雀石绿的海洋细菌TenacibaculummesophilumHMG1，其孔雀石绿降解效率可以在12h内达到98.82%；...Malachite Green (MG) is a type of triphenylmethane dye.
