Waiting space, as the most closely linked with passengers in the railway station public space, will also face a series of new problems brought by the function of the railway station, the renewal of the space and the change of the concept of people's travel. In this paper, taking the XiaMen Station① waiting space as the research object, on the basis of relevant theoretical research, the paper makes a field investigation on the waiting space of XiaMen Station, and studies the evaluation of the use of the. Screening of a large number of data are summarized from Xiamen station waiting space existing problems, and puts forward optimization strategy, hope through after the study of waiting space design and use of evaluation theory to improve and make some theoretical and practical contributions. The content of this thesis is divided into three parts. The first part: the research topic The first chapter is the introduction, including the origin of the topic, research significance, research status, research methods and the overall framework, focusing on the study of the feasibility of this paper. Through on the use of evaluation theory of in-depth study, explore the use of post evaluation of the influence factors and the specific evaluation methods, for the following Xiamen station waiting space evaluation laid the foundation of the theory, for work in practice, and provide the evaluation method.                                                  ① In order to make the paper more concise, the article mentioned in the XiaMen Railway Station will be referred to the XiaMen Railway Station  厦门大学博硕士论文摘要库   The second part: on the spot investigation and evaluation, put forward the problem and analyze the problem.
