Research on the Factors Influencing Mobile Online Consumer Repurchase Intention: Based on Flow Theory

Abstract

近年来,消费者体验和消费者行为之间的关系的研究越来越受到学者们的关注,心流体验理论作为消费者体验的一个重要理论也被广泛应用于消费者行为领域的研究。本文旨从心流体验理论的视角对移动在线消费者的重复购买意愿的影响因素进行探讨,研究具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。 本文基于心流体验理论的视角建立了网站的设计美感、信任、心流体验、产品涉入度与重复购买意愿之间关系的概念模型,并利用问卷调查法对模型中的变量关系进行了验证。研究结果表明:(1)网站的设计美感和消费者的信任对移动在线消费者的重复购买意愿具有显著的促进作用;(2)消费者的心流体验起着部分中介作用,即网站的设计美感和信任对重复购买意愿的正向影响有...To get a favorable competitive edge, it is essential for mobile service and product suppliers to be familiar with customers’ shopping characteristics in mobile network.
