Abstract

员工满意度研究在国际学术界一直是一个长盛不衰的课题,但直到近年来才开始引起国内学术界的重视,研究方法的本土化程度不高,研究设计的深度与广度也稍显欠缺。本文旨在以A企业员工这一群体作为研究对象,对其工作满意度的影响因素进行行业化的探讨。 本论文以某台资企业为例,对该型企业基层员工满意度进行研究。主要研究影响台资企业员工满意度的因素和因素特征,包括各个影响因素之间的相关性、对员工满意度影响的显著性等等。本研究通过深度访谈,完善了A企业员工满意度问卷设计。取得调查数据后,分析其原因。分析的目的是对影响A企业员工工作满意度的因素进行分类,并揭示A企业员工特征与工作满意度及其主要影响因素之间的关系。根...The study of job satisfaction in the international academic community has been an enduring topic, but until recently began to attract domestic academic circles, the degree of localization of research methods is not high, the depth and breadth of the research design are also somewhat lacking.
