A Protocol of Separating and Measuring Different Species of Dissolved Metals (Labile and Hydrophobic Organic Fractions) in Seawater and Its Applications in the Jiulong River Estuary and Taiwan Shallow

Abstract

作为生源要素,海洋中许多痕量金属都构成了生物酶的活性中心,然而金属含量过高也会造成水环境的污染。特别是近年来随着环境污染的日益加剧,我国近岸水体中金属的含量也不断上升,而无论金属的污染甚至生物可利用性则都与金属存在的形态密切相关。本论文利用Chelex100、C-18固相萃取离子交换法成功地分离出不同形态的金属,包括生物活性态(Chelex100树脂吸附部分)、非活性疏水有机态(C-18树脂吸附部分)、剩余形态(总溶解态-生物活性态-非活性疏水有机态)。该分离方法已成功应用于九龙江河口及台湾龟山岛浅水热液黄泉与白泉等自然水体不同形态溶解态金属(Mo、V、Cu、Fe)的分析。 主要结果如下: ...Trace metals, as bio-essential elements, could constitute the active centers of enzymes in marine phytoplankton and bacteria.
