本文致力于以港口起重设备为代表的工程机械生产企业为研究对象，研究其生产中部件分包流程再造。再造的关键点在于新的战略决策需要得到领导者的支持。其中，新的战略决策的重点是重置分包商的战略位置高度，增加部件分包的比重和整合度，重点培养战略型伙伴分包商。 本文从流程分析入手，对流程进行根本性的思考和彻底的设计，力求在成本，质量，效率等方面取得显著的改善，带来颠覆性的重构。研究过程遵循流程再造的实施的6个阶段：战略决策、再造计划、流程诊断、重新设计、重新构建、评估成效展开。其中，颠覆性的重构主要有两块，一是将原分包商管理流程再造成分包管理流程，原流程仅成为新流程的一部分，增加了确定部件核心重要度和分包...The research subject of this thesis focuses on the construction machinery manufacturing enterprise as the representative for port crane, including its component sub-contract’s process re-engineering.
