目的 缺铁性贫血是发展中国家常见的营养缺乏病之一，铁摄入量不足或铁丢失过多是导致缺铁性贫血的主要原因。青春期女孩因特殊的生理特点是缺铁性贫血的高危人群之一。本项目旨在探讨补充大豆和控制寄生虫感染对农村青春期女孩缺铁性贫血的改善作用。 方法 在青岛市农村地区选取两所小学，募集10~14岁女孩264名，血红蛋白浓度均大于70g/L。收集粪便，检测肠道寄生虫卵感染情况，给予阳性感染者药物驱虫治疗，确保实验开始前所有研究对象均未感染寄生虫。将研究对象分为三组：豆芽豆浆组（86人）：补充100mL豆芽豆浆（含大豆20g，蛋白质7g，铁2.5mg），并进行寄生虫防治知识教育；大豆组（88人）：补充2...Objective Iron deficiency anemia is a common nutritional deficiency disease in developing countries.
