精神卫生既是公共卫生问题，也是重大的社会问题。中国内地共有严重精神障碍患者1600万人，精神分裂症患者780万人，其中90%的精神分裂症患者生活在社区，我国精神卫生服务模式正从单纯的医学模式向生理—心理—社会综合模式转变，建立多学科服务团队回应患者及家属的多元需求正在被越来越多的人推崇和认可。主动式社区治疗模式是一种应用于精神分裂症患者的社区照顾模式，该模式通过组建包括社工、精神卫生科医生、心理咨询师和护士等在内的多学科团队，帮助精神障碍患者逐渐恢复独立生活的能力，降低患者住院率，促进患者融入社区和社会。S市N区主动式社区治疗项目已运行4年，本研究拟通过主动式社区治疗项目研究多学科服务团队介入...Mental health problem is a public health problem and significant social problem.
