Synthesis of MnO@Au nanocomposite and its applications in multifunctional imaging and photothermal treatment

Abstract

肿瘤的诊断,特别是针对高致死性和侵袭性肿瘤的早期诊断,已经越来越得到人们的重视。但是,目前癌症的早期诊断也同癌症治疗一样,仍然是一项充满难度与挑战性的一项工作。现在的诊断方法包括了X射线计算机断层扫描技术(CT),磁共振(MRI),超声成像(US),以及当下兴起的光声层析成像技术(PAI),由于每种成像方式都有其固有的缺点,所以任何单一成像方式都不能获得完全关于癌症的信息。本文设计了一种非常简便的方法,在室温条件下,第一次合成出以MnO和Au为基的草莓状MnO@Au复合纳米材料,实现了集MRI,CT,PAI及光热治疗等多功能为一体。从而弥补了单一成像方式所带来的不足,实现了精准诊疗的目标。本文...The diagnosis of tumor, especially for early diagnosis of high deadly and invasive tumor has gained more and more people's attention.
