Preparation and Photoluminescence of Europium-doped Silicon Based Oxynitride Phosphors by Polymer-derived Method

Abstract

铕掺杂硅基氮氧化物荧光粉具有高的热稳定性、对环境友好及优异的发光性能,在照明显示领域具有很大的应用前景。目前,这类材料的制备通常采用固相反应法,需要高温高压等苛刻条件,因此,有必要研究和开发一种原料简单、制备条件温和的制备铕掺杂硅基氮氧化物荧光粉的新方法。 本论文探讨了一种以固态聚碳硅烷和乙酰丙酮铕为原料,通过先驱体转化法制备铕掺杂硅基氮氧化物荧光粉的制备方法。该方法首先将固态聚碳硅烷与乙酰丙酮铕在320~380oC下进行反应得到聚铕碳硅烷先驱体;然后在氨气气氛中将聚铕碳硅烷先驱体升温至800oC,完成氮化和有机-无机转化;最后在氮气气氛下在1500~1700oC烧结形成铕掺杂硅基氮氧化物荧...Europium (Eu) doped silicon based oxynitride phosphors have great potential applications in the area of lighting and display for their high thermostabilities becase of their thermal stabilities, being environmentally friendly and excellent luminescence properties.
