Research on Synthesis, Self-Assembly Behavior and pH Responsive Property of A Novel Hybrid POSS-based Copolymer with Zwitterion

Abstract

摘要 POSS是一种纳米级分子内杂化结构,具有强度高、模量大、耐磨性好、抗氧化性强、生物相容性优异的特点,是一类应用广泛的材料;两性离子是一类存在于自然界生物体中的物质,分子链同时带相等数目正负电荷,这种特殊结构赋予其良好的生物相容性、抗非特异蛋白吸附能力、反聚电解质性、pH敏感性等,是近年来的研究热点。目前基于两性离子共聚物的研究中,与两性离子单体共聚的单体种类少、聚合物结构较为单一,且研究缺少对两性离子结构在体系自组装、环境响应性及作为药物控释载体对药物的包载及释放方面所起作用的探索。本文合成一种同时含POSS及两性离子结构的有机无机杂化双亲性嵌段共聚物,研究了其自组装、pH响应及对药物...Abstract POSS is a hybrid material in molecular scale with high strength and modulus, good abrasive and oxidation resistance and good biocompatibility, leading to its widely used.
