瓶级PET切片是一个基片组成，通过固聚反应，以确保瓶子外观造型的透明度，聚合熔体反应中加入IPA单体进行共聚改性，有序调整分子链构成，制品结晶速度不快，进而增高结晶温度剖面，提高吹助加工性能，另加颜料、稳定剂等，以避免发生高温降解副反应，生产切片色值符合要求。 本文简单概述瓶用切片的合成反应过程，研究并分析成品切片品质与加工成型应用性能的影响要素，提出了改进成品切片质量的技术措施。 固相增粘过程说明反应温度是影响增粘速率的重要要素，要在生产稳定安全前提下尽量调高反应温度，减少反应时间。切片规格是另一个影响反应速率的重要要素，减小粒径，能提高反应速率，减少反应时间。小粒径与低反应温度结合有利...The bottle grade pellets of PET are designde by the SSP from a basic PET chips.
