能源是一国经济发展的重要资源，但由于能源资源分配不均，各国能源资源禀赋各异，因此国际能源投资一直是各国海外投资的重点领域。随着中国“走出去”战略和“一带一路”战略的实施，越来越多中国投资者进军国际能源投资市场。印度作为重要的新兴经济体，同时也是“一带一路”战略沿线重要的国家之一。随着中印两国友好关系的发展，两国在国际能源领域也从竞争走向合作，越来越多的中国投资者赴印度进行能源投资，其中印度的新能源行业已成为中国投资者的重点投资目标。但是在投资过程中我国投资者仍面临诸多问题，尤其是能源投资中的非商业风险。基于此，笔者试图通过本文对投资印度能源行业的非商业风险问题进行研究，并提出建议。 本文包括...Energy is an important resource for a country's economic development.
