煤炭低温预氧化降粘实验研究及机理分析

采用低温预氧化方法在固定床内对平顶山地区强粘结煤进行了降粘实验.结果表明,该煤种粘结性随氧化时间延长而降低,氧化8 h、终温200℃的样品降粘效果最好,原煤的粘结指数由81下降到3.49.氧化终温对煤粘结性影响复杂,随氧化时间延长,降粘的最佳温度也随之改变.13C固体核磁共振对煤样的表征发现预氧化后煤大分子结构中的芳香环趋于稳定,脂肪支链变短,含氧官能团增多.对接氧脂碳falO、接氧芳碳faP、羰基碳faC、脂肪烃碳falC-H含量与粘结指数GR.I.进行线性拟合,拟合方程分别为falO=-0.012GR.I.+5.53,faP=-0.013GR.I.+7.03,faC=-0.014GR.I....</p
