本实用新型属于机械自动化工程领域,具体地说是一种爬壁检测机器人,驱动轮部分与从动轮组件分别安装在车底平板的前后两端,驱动轮部分通过传动装置与驱动电机相连;视频检测系统安装在车底平板的前端,探伤及厚度检测系统位于该视频检测系统的后面,包括检测固定板、弹性支撑组件、测厚仪组件及磁粉探伤仪,检测固定板通过弹性支撑组件与车底平板连接,相对于车底平板可伸缩,测厚仪组件与磁粉探伤仪分别穿过车底平板安装在检测固定板上,磁粉探伤仪随检测固定板的伸缩始终贴合于检测平面。本实用新型能够实现操作人员远离检测现场,并较好地完成设备表面检测任务;采用轮式移动平台能够在曲面、圆弧等复杂工作界面实施检测、检查等工作
