本实用新型属于机械自动化工程领域,具体地说是一种爬壁打磨机器人,驱动轮部分与从动轮部分分别安装在车底平板的前后两端,驱动轮部分通过传动装置与驱动电机相连;视频检测系统安装在车底平板的前端,打磨机械臂系统位于视频检测系统的后面,包括打磨头、机械臂组件、偏转打磨机构、仰俯调节机构和固定座组件,固定座组件安装在车底平板上,仰俯调节机构的一端安装在固定座组件上,另一端与偏转打磨机构的一端铰接,偏转打磨机构的另一端铰接于固定座组件上;机械臂组件的一端安装有打磨头,另一端与偏转打磨机构的一端连接,通过偏转打磨机构驱动左右偏转。本实用新型能够实现操作人员远离检测现场,并较好的完成设备表面打磨任务
