Codice del consumo, codice civile e codici di settore: un rapporto non meramente di specialità

Abstract

Modern civil law shows a dynamic and uncoordinated reality also due to technology and economics. Interpreter has to explain the rules, by working in the specific legal system the rules themselves refer to, by underlining the relationships with the other rules, and identifying new interpretative criteria in order to solve legal loopholes and contradictions. All this by assuming that the Consumer Code and the other Sector Codes are no longer special rules in relation with Italian Civil Code, but, on the contrary, they are a part of a unique and unitarian legal system, which the interpreter is called to rebuil
