Systematic approach to develop small and medium-sized businesses in Georgia

Abstract

At present, when the country’s economy faces acute problems, the role and importance of business increase further, particularly in respect of labor employment. It is known that large businesses are featured by introduction of modern techniques and technologies leading to cutting the jobs. As for small and mediumsized businesses, they generate jobs and support the growth of the employment rate what is particularly important for present-day Georgia facing the acute problem of unemployment. The support by the EU countries is much important for small and medium-sized business development
