本发明属于生物技术,具体涉及一种定向重组别藻蓝蛋白三聚体作为光学敏化材料的应用。首先带有有利于分离纯化,和定向组装组氨酸标签;其次通过不同浓度蛋白溶液处理电极,而后采用氮气吹干或者真空冷冻干燥,依赖静电力吸附和氢键相互作用在电极表面形成定向或非定向的单层或多层吸附;敏化半导体电极或者金属电极使之在光照条件下可以直接完成太阳能到电能的转化。实现其作为新型光学敏化材料的功能。将在太阳能利用,转换和存储方面具有应用广阔的前景。并且在转化太阳能作为新一代的替代能源,为人类提供充足的电力和社会可持续发展方面有着广泛的应用
