Students are the most promosing sources of entrepreneurship, and universities are a good place to develop ideas and creativities that can create new young and enlighted entrepreneurs. The objectice of this researh is to analize the influence of Perceived Desirabily, Perceived Feasibility and Propensity to act toward Entrepreneurial Intention. Sample consisted of 72 students of economics and business faculty of University of 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Semarang. Data were analyzed with A Multiple Linier Regression. The result showed that Perceived Desirabily, Perceived Feasibility and Propensity to act positively and significance influenced on Entrepreneurial Intention. Theory of Entrepreneurial Events supported positive contribution towards entrepreneurial research. Developing model with some other suppoting factors are needed to give higher contribution towards entrepreneurial intention
