Abstract

National audienceTopic 4 of the GIS has the advantage, for such a subject, to join together sectors of the civil engineering where the practice of the feedback appears very different. Our work thus consisted in drawing up a panorama of the practices of the various organizations, by means of successive talks and of a detailed questionnaire, then to establish the synthesis of it. Even if this work has not swept all fields to engineering civil (following the example nuclear power and Offshore oil rig which is not represented within topic 4), we endeavoured to examine exhaustively the whole of the approaches available.Le thème 4 du GIS présente l'avantage, pour un tel sujet, de réunir des secteurs du génie civil où la pratique du retour d'expérience apparaît très différente. Notre travail a donc consisté à dresser un panorama des pratiques des différents organismes, au moyen d'exposés successifs et d'un questionnaire détaillé, puis d'en établir la synthèse. Même si ce travail n'a pas balayé tous les domaines du génie civil (à l'instar du nucléaire et de l'Offshore qui ne sont pas représentés au sein du thème 4), nous nous sommes efforcés d'examiner exhaustivement l'ensemble des approches disponibles
