Import 02/11/2016Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma „Společenská odpovědnost společností působících v oblasti nerostných stavebních surovin“ je zhodnocení situace a zjištění míry využívání zásad vyplývajících ze společensky odpovědného chování. Práce je strukturována do dvou základních částí. První část – teoretická na základě odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů charakterizuje koncept společenské odpovědnosti firem, vyčleňuje její základní oblasti, vysvětluje pojem stakeholders tj. zájmové skupiny, uvádí metodiku procesu marketingového výzkumu a seznamuje s formulací hypotéz. Druhá část – praktická, podrobněji popisuje průběh zpracování a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, seznamuje s respondenty zúčastněných dotazníkového šetření a prezentuje výsledky elektronického dotazníku včetně ověření či vyvrácení hypotéz.The aim of this thesis, named "Social Responsibility of Mining Companies Operating in the Field of Construction Minerals", is to evaluate the situation and determine the level of utilization of the principles arising from socially responsible behavior. The thesis is divided into two parts. The concept of corporate social responsibility is characterized in the first theoretical part, which is based on specialist literature and other sources. There are also the most important and basic areas defined, then is here the concept of stakeholders explained and also the methodology of marketing research process is presented as the formulation of hypotheses is introduced. The processing and evaluation of the questionnaire is in detail described in the second practical part.
