Forensic marking of property by means of synthetic DNA

Import 23/07/2015Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na posouzení a vyhodnocení odolnosti forenzního identifikačního značení majetku. Je uvažováno působení mechanických a chemických vlivů ze strany potenciálního pachatele, vedoucích k odstranění či zhoršení čitelnosti značení a následné identifikace. Teoretická část popisuje principy ochrany majetku syntetickou DNA, prostředky forenzního identifikačního značení majetku. Praktická část je zaměřena na posouzení mechanické a chemické odolnosti vybraného produktu. Návrh a vyhodnocení experimentu byl proveden s ohledem na stanovenou hypotézu o odstranitelnosti forenzního značení.This thesis is focused on the assessment and evaluation of resistance of forensic identification marking of property. It’s considered effect of mechanical and chemical influences from potential offender to remove or damage readability of marking and following identification. Theoretical part describes principle of property protection by means of synthetic DNA and also describes products of forensic identification marking of property. Practical part is focused on assessment of mechanical and chemical resistance of chosen product.
