Expert System for Determining of Anesthetic Parameter ASA

Import 22/07/2015Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření expertního systému, který bude podporou pro správné zařazení pacienta do ASA klasifikace anesteziologem. V teoretické části je rozebrána problematika ASA klasifikace. Je zmíněna historie vzniku, výhody i nevýhody klasifikace a potřebná vyšetření s následnými diagnózami, které jsou pro dané zařazení relevantní. Dále je popsána problematika expertních systémů, jejich historie, struktura a dělení. Jádrem této diplomové práce je implementace navrženého expertního systému v programovém prostředí Linguistic Fuzzy Logic Controller (LFLC) a jeho následné testování na skupině reálných pacientů. V závěru diplomové práce je zhodnocení získaných výsledků a úvaha nad možnostmi zavedení navrženého systému do lékařské praxe.The aim of this thesis is to create expert system, which will be a support for correct classification of patients into the one of ASA class by anesthesiologist. The problem of ASA classification is analyzed in introductory part. A history of genesis the ASA classification, advantages and disadvantages of the classification, screening and diagnosis necessary to decision, to which class patient belong are mentioned. Further an issue of expert systems, history, structure and sorting of this systems is also described. The core of the thesis is implementation of the designed expert system in program Linguistic Fuzzy Logic Controller (LFLC) and next testing on a group of real patients.
