PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN KERJA, BEBAN KERJA DAN KONFLIK PERAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA PADA KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN ACEH

Abstract

ABSTRAKAbstrak Karya Akhir diserahkan kepada Panitia Komisi Ujian untuk mendapatkan Gelar Magister Manajemen pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN KERJA, BEBAN KERJA DAN KONFLIK PERAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA PADA KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN ACEHOleh FERRI ALFIANNIM : 1409200020014Konsentrasi : Manajemen UmumPembimbing Pertama : Dr. Muhammad Adam. MMTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) mendeskripsikan keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, konflik peran, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai (2) besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) besarnya pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) besarnya pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai (5) besarnya pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (6) besarnya pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (7) besarnya pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kinerja pegawai dan (8) besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, konflik peran, kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, konflik peran, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik, karena diperoleh nilai rerata lebih besar daripada nilai rerata harapan, (2) keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, (3) terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, (4) konflik peran berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, (5) keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (6) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai,(7) hasil penelitian terhadap konflik peran membuktikan bahwa konflik peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta (8) hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Aceh.Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Konflik Peran, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACTAbstract of Final Paper Submitted to The Examination Committee in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Management on Graduate Program of Syiah Kuala UniversityEFFECT OF WORK ENGAGEMENT, WORK LOAD AND ROLE CONFLICT ON THE JOB SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ACEHByFERRI ALFIANNIM : 1409200020014Specialization : General ManagementSupervisor : Dr. Muhammad Adam. MMThe purpose of this study was to determine: (1) describe the work engagement, workload, role conflict, job satisfaction and employee performance (2) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) the magnitude of the effect of workload on job satisfaction (4) the amount of the effect of role conflict on job satisfaction of employees (5) the effect of work engagement to employee performance, (6) the effect of workload on employee performance (7) the effect of role conflict on employee performance, and (8) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. As for the object of this study is the involvement of work, workload, role conflict, job satisfaction and employee performance. The results showed that (1) the involvement of work, workload, role conflict, job satisfaction and employee performance Department of Education Aceh has been running well, because the obtained mean value is greater than the average value of hope, (2) job involvement positive and significant effect on the employee satisfaction, (3) there are significant workload on employee satisfaction, (4) conflict of roles affect the job satisfaction of employees, (5) the involvement of influential work on employee performance, (6) the workload positive and significant effect on employee performance, (7) the results of research on the role conflicts prove that role conflict and significant positive effect on employee performance, and (8) the results of the study also show that employee satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance Department of Education Aceh.Keywords : Work Engagement, Work Load, Role Conflict, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performanc
