Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 10ekor sapi aceh betina yang dibagi atas dua kelompok. Kriteria sapi yang digunakan adalah umur 3-5 tahun, mempunyai bobot badan150-250 kg dan mempunyai minimal dua siklus reguler. Pada Kelompok I (KI) terdiri atas 5 ekor sapi aceh fertil dan kelompok II(KII) terdiri atas 5 ekor sapi aceh yang mengalami kawin berulang. Seluruh sapi disinkronisasi berahi dengan PGF2Î±((LutalyseTM) sebanyak 5 ml secara intramuskular. Deteksi berahi dilakukan sehari 2 kali pada pukul 08.00, dan 16.00 WIB.Penilaian intensitas berahi dilakukan dengan memberi skor 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5 berdasarkan kriteria yang dibuat oleh Sonmez dkk.(2005). Intensitas; onset; dan durasi berahi pada KI vs KII masing-masing adalah 18,00Â±5,70 vs 17,60Â±6,65; 40,00Â±14,96 vs41,60Â±30,67 jam; dan 78,40Â±10,43 vs 80,00Â±40,39 jam. Disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kinerja berahi sapi acehfertil dan sapi yang mengalami kawin berulang yang disinkronisasi berahi dengan PGF2Î±. â€ƒPerformance of  Oestrous Intensity on Aceh Cattle with Repeat Breeding	ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to Performance of  Oestrous Intensity on Aceh Cattle with Repeat Breeding. Ten female of aceh cattlewere divided into two groups for differential oestrous intensity observation. The criteria of the cows were 3-5 years age, bodyweight of 150-250 kg, and at least had two regular cycles used. Group I (KI) consisted of 5 fertil aceh cattle and group II (KII)consisted of 5 aceh cattle with repeat breeding. All cows in both groups were oestrous synchronized with 5 ml PGF2aintramuscularly. Estrous observation was done visually two times a day at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Assessment of oestrus intensity wasaccomplished by giving a score of 1, 2, 3,4 and 5 based on the criteria established by Sonmez et all., (2005). The results showed thatintensity, onset, and duration of estrous in KI vs KII were 18.00Â±5.70 vs 17.60Â±6.65, 40.00Â±14.96 vs 41.60Â±30.6 and78.40Â±10.43 vs 80.00Â±40.39 hour, respectively. To conclude the performance of oestrous in aceh cattle shows no significantdifference between the fertile aceh cattle and with repeat breeding followed by oestrous synchronization with PGF2Î±.
