Abstract
Abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia Komisi Ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar Magister Manajemen pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN FUNGSI PEMIMPIN TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI BIDANG KEDOKTERAN DAN KESEHATAN (BIDDOKKES) POLDA ACEHOleh :NORMA YUNITANIM: 1009200020117Konsentrasi : Manajemen UmumPembimbing Pertama: Prof. Dr. Nasir Azis, SE. M. BAPembimbing Kedua: Dr. Mahdani, SE. MMABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kompetensi dan fungsi pemimpin terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan Biddokkes Polda Aceh. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisa regresi berganda, objek penelitian mengenai pengaruh kompetensi dan fungsi pemimpin terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Polda Aceh, dengan responden sebanyak 110 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,355 yang dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi dan fungsi pemimpin adalah sebesar 0,355 atau 35,5% dan sisanya 64,5% merupakan pengaruh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Hasil pengujian korelasi (R) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,596 yang menunjukkan derajat hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen sebesar 59,6% yang dapat diartikan bahwa kompetensi dan fungsi pemimpin mempunyai hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan (Biddokkes) Polda AcehSecara parsial seluruh variabel yang terdiri dari kompetensi dan fungsi pemimpin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan (Biddokkes) Polda Aceh, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolakKata Kunci : Kompetensi, fungsi pemimpin, kinerja tenaga kesehatanAbstract of Final Paper submitted to the Examination Committee in partial fulfilment of the requirement for the degree of Master of Management on the Graduate Program of Syiah KualaUniversity.EFFECT OF COMPETENCE AND PERFORMANCE OF FUNCTIONS OF HEALTH LEADERS IN THE FIELD OF MEDICINEAND HEALTH (BIDDOKKES) POLDA ACEHBy :NORMA YUNITASN: 1009200020117Specialization : General ManagementSupervisor: Prof. Dr. Nasir Azis, SE. The research method uses multiple regression analysis, the object of research on the effects of competence and functions of the leader on the performance of health personnel in the Field of Medicine and Health Aceh Police, with the respondents as many as 110 people. The results showed that the coefficient of determination by the calculation results obtained R2 value of 0.355 which means that the influence of competency and function of a leader is 0.355 or 35.5% and the remaining 64.5% is the influence of other factors not examined in this study.The test results of correlation (R) obtained a value of 0.596 which indicates the degree of relationship (correlation) between the independent variables with the dependent variable of 59.6% which means that the competence and functions of the leader has a very close relationship with the performance of health workers of Medicine and Health Sector (Biddokkes) Police in Aceh. All variables are partially composed of competence and functions of leaders significantly influence the performance of health workers of Medicine and Health Sector (Biddokkes) Police in Aceh, so Ha is received and Ho is rejected.Keywords: competence, leadership functions, the performance of health worker
