Abstract

Проведено аналіз запропонованих Мінсоцполітики змін до нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють діяльність у сфері охорони праці та промислової безпеки. Показано, що прийняття запропонованих змін не сприятиме зниженню ризиків при експлуатації зношеного виробничого обладнання, рівня виробничого травматизму та аварій виробничого характеру при експлуатації устаткування підвищеної небезпеки.The analysis of the amendments made by the Ministry of Social Policy to the normative-legal acts regulating the activity in the field of labor protection and industrial safety is carried out.
