Abstract

У статті обґрунтована роль та значення підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу як одного з перспективних напрямів структурної перебудови економіки. Визначена актуальність питання управління доходами в умовах мінливого зовнішнього середовища. Узагальнені основні методики аналізу доходів підприємств. З метою ефективного управління доходами запропоновано блок-схему аналізу доходів.The article proves a role and value of the enterprises of hotel and restaurant business as one of the perspective directions of restructuring of economy. The relevance of a question of management of income in conditions of the changing external environment is defined. The main techniques of the analysis of revenues of the enterprises are generalized.
