Colored arhitectural-artistic and fasade ceramics on the base of red clays

Abstract

Встановлені технологічні параметри процесу забарвлення керамічних мас водорозчинними солями, які містять катіони-хромофори. На основі типових червоновипалювальних глин та їх комбінацій з вапняком при температурі випалу 1050 оС отримані матеріали брунатного, вишневого, синього та зеленого кольорів з властивостями фасадної кераміки.The technological parameters of ceramic bodies coloring process with using of water-soluble salts containing the cations-chromophores are established. On the base of standard red polymineral clays and their combinations with limestone at the temperature 1050 оC the materials of brown, cherry, blue and green colors with the properties of ceramic facade materials are obtained
