Study of features of application of statistical and economic methods of evaluation of the state and prospects of development of Ukraine enterprises hotel restaurant business

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є сучасні тенденції застосування методів статистико-економічного аналізу стану та прогнозування діяльності підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі, теоретичному узагальненні та систематизації підходів до оцінювання тенденцій розвитку підприємств готельно-ресторанного господарства України. Методологічною основою дослідження є закони діалектики, які дають змогу об`єднати реальні прояви суспільної дійсності з їх чуттєвим сприйняттям на рівні осмисленого розуміння закономірностей у проявах різноманітних суспільних і природних явищ. При проведенні дослідження використовувались методи: спостереження і співставлення, теоретичного узагальнення, групування, порівняння; для наочності відображення результатів дослідження використано табличний метод. Результати роботи полягають у практичних рекомендаціях щодо особливостей застосування специфічних методів статистико-економічного оцінювання результатів, тенденцій діяльності та перспектив розвитку підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу для підвищення ступеню достовірності та обґрунтованості наукових досліджень. Сферою застосування результатів дослідження є використання запропонованих рекомендацій в науково-практичних дослідженнях діяльності підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу і при розробці та формуванні теоретико-практичних підходів до їх оцінювання. Висновки дослідження полягають у систематизації статистично-економічних методів оцінювання результатів діяльності підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу з врахуванням особливостей їх функціонування.The subject of the study is the current trends in the use of methods of statistical and economic analysis of the state and forecasting activities of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business. The purpose of the study is to analyze and theoretical generalization of approaches to the assessment of trends in the enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the research is the dialectic laws, which make it possible to combine the real manifestations of social reality with their sensory perceptions at the level of meaningful understanding of the laws in manifestations of various social and natural phenomena. In the course of the research, methods were used: observation and comparison, theoretical generalization, grouping, comparison; The tabular method is used to visually display the results of the study. The results of the work consist of practical recommendations on the peculiarities of the application of specific methods of statistical and economic evaluation of the results, trends of activity and prospects for the development of hotel and restaurant business enterprises in order to increase the degree of reliability and validity of scientific research. The scope of application of the results of the study is the use of the proposed recommendations in scientific and practical studies of the activities of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business and the development and formation of theoretical and practical approaches to their evaluation. The conclusions of the study are to systematize the statistical and economic methods of evaluating the performance of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant business, taking into account the peculiarities of their functioning
