У статті розглянуто поняття соціального партнерства в системі соціально-трудових відносин готельно-ресторанного господарства. Розглянуті форми соціального партнерства. Розкриті принципи соціального партнерства. Проаналізовано сучасний стан соціального партнерства. Рекомендовано комплекс заходів формування ефективної системи соціального партнерства готельно-ресторанного господарства.In the article, the concept of social partnership in the system of social and labour relations of the hotel and restaurant economy is considered. Forms of the social partnership are considered. Principles of the social partnership are exposed. The modern state of social partnership is analysed.
