У статті досліджується проблема професіоналізму майбутнього фахівця з психологічної точки зору. Розкривається необхідність звертання уваги на розвиток професіоналізму ще під час навчання у вищому навчальному закладі. Презентовано модель становлення професіоналізму суб’єкта діяльності. Обґрунтовано рівні розвитку професіоналізму як психологічного конструкту у його макроструктурі.The article examines the problem of professionalism of the future specialist from the psychological point of view.
