Features of the formation of personal and professional maturity of future specialists in higher educational institutions

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема дослідження особистісно-професійної зрілості майбутніх фахівців у вищих навчальних закладах України. Визначено, що предметом дослідження особистісно-професійної зрілості є системоутворюючі чинники, її об'єктивні і суб'єктивні критерії, механізми й умови, що впливають на професіогенез становлення особистості фахівця. Вказано, що під особистісно-професійною зрілістю фахівця слід розуміти багатокомпонентне особистісне утворення, до якого слід включити особистісну, професійну, емоційну та інтелектуальну зрілості, які визначають її визначений рівень особистісно-професійної ідентичності.In the article the problem of research of personal and professional maturity of future specialists in higher educational institutions of Ukraine is considered. It is determined that the subject of research of personal and professional maturity is systemic factors, its objective and subjective criteria, mechanisms and conditions that influence the professionogenesis of the personality of the specialist. It is indicated that the person's professional maturity of a specialist should be understood as a multicomponent personality education, which should include personal, professional, emotional and intellectual maturity, which determine its level of personal and professional identity
