128  Стратегія розвитку підприємства визначається в результаті вивчення зовнішнього оточення і можливих внутрішніх перспектив її діяльності з урахуванням непередбачених ринкових обставин. Згідно з концепцією стратегічного управління, аналіз зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища – необхідний елемент визначення місії та цілей підприємства, стратегії виступають як інструменти досягнення цілей, а для успішної реалізації обраного стратегічного набору необхідно, щоб підприємство функціонувало відповідно до вибраної концепції управління. Таким чином, стратегія розвитку підприємства передбачає формування основоположних цілей і завдань на довгостроковій основі, а також чітке визначення курсу дій і грамотний розподіл ресурсів, які будуть необхідні для досягнення поставленої мети. Стратегія підприємства завжди має поєднувати у собі заплановану та продуману лінію поведінки, а також можливість реагувати на все нове. Література: 1. Міщенко А.П. Khyzhnyak,  Master of the Kiev National University of Technologies and Design I.Goncharenko, Supervisor, PhD The activity of any enterprise is based on the resource potential management, which is the basis of sustainable development.The resource potential of an enterprise is a collection of resources of all types as available from the company at the time of production, as well as those that can be attracted in the future, and their compounds, based on their target and qualitative characteristics, to produce new types of products (works, services) or more of their value. Analysis of resource potential (internal capacity) of the enterprise is the key stage of strategic analysis. Exploring the factors of production in aggregate and in isolation, is determined by the ability of the enterprise to function effectively. Given the answer to the key question of development: is it possible the company to increase the volume of production in the future, or it is close to the period of difficulties of operation and it is necessary to take measures for its stabilization and survival? 129  Modern Western methods of assessing the internal capabilities of the enterprise based on the value system (value chain by M. porter). In his book "Competitive advantage." Porter found that at every stage of economic activity are values which are recognized and paid by consumers. M. porter explained the principles of creation of competitive advantages of the enterprise. They are formed by creating at each stage of their values. In fact, we are talking about a comparative analysis of consumer properties of the product generated at different stages of its development, production, marketing, distribution, compared to the cost of achieving those values. First of all distinguishes five main stages of economic activities, creating core values (N. Porter sometimes draws an analogy with the creation of value) of a product [1]: 1) logistics; 2) the manufacture of products; 3) warehousing, shipping and distribution of products; 4) marketing (including selling) ; 5) the maintenance of the product the consumer.  The other part of components includes General support activities: 1) management structure; 2) personnel management; 3) technological support of production; 4) providing content within the enterprise.  Main and subsidiary activities combined in a single system, which strives to increase consumer value of the goods and at the same time reduce costs through better organization of all processes and internal activities in the enterprise.  According to N. Porter, these activities–just links to the standard value chain. Each standard (or sample) the category can and should be separated into unique, peculiar only to this particular company action. For example, marketing and sales that make up the primary activities are divided into marketing management, advertising, management sellers, the activities of the sales team, preparing technical literature and product promotion in the market. In turn, these individual actions can be divided into even more specific action. The purpose of this subdivision is to assist companies in the selection of one of the three generic strategies [2]. For this you need to highlight those areas of potential benefits of competition may gain firm, addressing the five competitive forces, unique for each industry and a particular firm.  In accordance with the proposed methodological basis for the research analysis of the potential of the company is proposed to carry out according to the following scheme: evaluation of resources and efficiency of the enterprise, financial analysis of the company, comparative analysis, organization of procedure to assess the resource potential of the enterprise.  When evaluating the use of enterprise resources based on the fact that the strategic potential of the primary economic link is not just a set of listed resources, and their system in which these resources interact with each other, in other words, the use of them.  Use of resources is most appropriate to characterize with the help of such notions as productivity and efficiency. Productivity provides the activity of each resource–specific indicator and the effectiveness is its value in terms of a harmonious, system use [2].  Currently, there are two common approaches to the analysis of the resource potential of the enterprise. The first is based on the so–called value chain by M. porter and includes the evaluation of the actual resources and their efficiency, financial analysis and comparative analysis. The second approach is the traditional analysis of economic activity, 130  often expressed in simple financial analysis. Neither the first nor the second approach can not be considered effective in the modern environment, because, on the one hand, focused on other methodological principles and information base, and with another – more consistent with the goals tactical, not strategic management [3]. The implementation of the strategic management process has certain features in small and medium businesses, which are determined by the peculiarities of the organizational structure of such enterprises and competences of owners and managers. The selection of strategies development depends heavily on the regulatory measures, determining the conditions for business development in a certain business area. The use of the strategic management tools at different stages of the life cycle of small and medium businesses requires a further research [4]. Resource potential and its effective, integrated use is the key to successful enterprise development. The study revealed that resource potential is a combination of all types of resources and capabilities of the enterprise to achieve the goals. Category of resource potential are needed to evaluate the possibilities of future development of the enterprise as it reflects the direction of expansion and reproduction of resources. For the efficiency analysis of the resource potential of an enterprise, the system of analytical indicators to assess the level of efficiency of resources of the enterprise. For the enterprise this analysis allows to give quantitative and qualitative assessment of competitiveness, to assess not only the profitability of investments, but capital adequacy for further development and to assess the sources for the repayment of borrowed capital. Магістр Київського національного університету технологій та дизайну  На сьогоднішній день розвиток національної економіки є одним з пріоритетних завдань для нашої  країни і успішність його виконання прямо залежить від зростання продуктивності праці.  Продуктивність –  ефективність використання ресурсів – праці, капіталу, землі – в процесі виробництва різних товарів і надання послуг [3]. Продуктивність праці – це показник, який, з одного боку, характеризує ефективність використання персоналу підприємства, а, з іншого боку, показує здатність працівника випускати певну кількість продукції за одиницю часу [2]. Фактори, що впливають на продуктивність праці поділяються на  зовнішні  та внутрішні: Зовнішні фактори включають політичні, соціальні й економічні аспекти розвитку суспільства і перебувають поза контролем з боку окремого підприємства. Внутрішні фактори – це ті, які можуть контролюватися окремим підприємством і поділяються на „тверді” та „м`які”.
