In the Arctic regions, the processes of biodegradation of hydrocarbons, with the participation of native hydrocarbon-oxidizing microflora, do not have time to fully develop, and the universal biologics used in the petroleum industry have low efficiency at low temperatures [1]. Therefore, in order to preserve the natural potential of the Arctic regions, it is necessary to develop new environmentally friendly ways to combat oil pollution, which can be based on the study of native microflora of natural waters and their ability to self-purification. In connection with the indicated problem, the aim was to study the ability of aboriginal microorganisms of the Arctic natural waters to decompose oil. To carry out this work, were used the cultures of hydrocarbon oxidizing microorganisms obtained by autoselection from the water of the thermokarst lake located 40 km from the town of Naryan-Mar and 120 km from the Kharyaga oil field. Experiments on biodegradation of oil lasted 15, 30 and 40 days at temperatures of 5 °C, 20 °C and 37 °C. Analysis of the experimental data obtained showed that microorganisms which cultivated under low temperature conditions (5 °C), the growth of the number of microorganisms and, accordingly, the destruction of hydrocarbons does not occur. It is shown, that the process of oil decomposition starts at 10 °C and above, and the maximum intensity of biodegradation is observed in the first 15 days. 172 Межд. научная конф. «Энерго-ресурсоэффективность в интересах устойчивого развития», Томск, 12–16 ноября 2018 References 1. Красноярск испытывает серьезные проблемы в вопросах выбросов вредных веществ и превышения их предельно-допустимых концентраций. В 2016 году количество выбросов вредных веществ по отрасли производства и распределения электроэнергии составил 234,6 тыс. т, из них на долю Красноярской ТЭЦ-2 приходится 6,5% (15,25 тыс. т) [1]. Доля наиболее токсичных выбросов, таких как оксиды азота, составляет 48,5 % (7400 тыс. т). Данная проблема характерна для пылеугольных котлов БКЗ-500-140 Красноярской ТЭЦ-2.    Снижение образования NOx при горении достигается изменением характеристик топочного процесса. Принципиальными факторами, влияющими на параметры процесса горения и на выбросы как топливных, так и воздушных оксидов азота на котлах БКЗ-500-140 являются температура ядра факела, распределение топлива и избытка воздуха по высоте и в сечениях топочной камеры.  К числу наиболее развитых и освоенных технологий решения этой задачи для данного типа котлов относятся: ступенчатое и концентрическое сжигание, низкоэмиссионные горелки, reberning (создание окислительной и восстановительной зон), overfire air (острое дутье). Многообразие факторов, учет их для конкретной конструкции котла и режима его работы приводит к необходимости выполнения аналитических исследований влияния конструктивных и режимных характеристик. Учитывая сложность задачи используются средства математического моделирования для более детального анализа сложных физических и химических процессов, протекающих в топочной камере.
