The digital economy in medicine is discussed from the point of view of the concepts of big data and end-to-end business processes. Big data is associated with a library of evidence-based medicine, archives of medical cards and apportioned information about the individual patient. To build end-to-end business processes are offered to use the legislation on fundamentals of protection of citizens ' health and system analysis of this activity.
