The shape memory effect, superelasticity and temperature range of superelasticity were investigated on [001]-oriented single crystal of FeNiCoAl(Ti+Nb+Ta) alloy, aged at temperature of T=973 K for 0,5, 3 and 5 h. The maximum value of superelasticity εSE=7,8 % was observed after aging for 0,5 h, the temperature range of its manifestations ΔTSE=156K. With increasing of aging time the εSE value is reduced to 3,2 % and ΔTSE is increased to 246 K
