The effect of size of ?' phase dispersed particles on superelasticity in FeNiCoAlTi single crystals

Abstract

In [001] single crystals of FeNiCoAlTi alloy, it is shown that precipitation of particles of the ordered γ'-phase in the course of aging at T=873 K for 4 h and T=973 K for 5, 7 h results in the development of superelasticity. It is experimentally found that variation of size of γ'-phase dispersed particles allows controlling mechanical and functional properties
