В рамках диссертации выделены особенности предприятий малого бизнеса и рассмотрена модель обеспечения качества услуг. В исследовании акцент сделан на повышении результативности деятельности предприятия через систему управления персоналом.The work is aimed at analyzing the quality management of the activity of a small business enterprise.
